The staff was very gentle with him despite the fact that he wasn’t the best tempered dog (He tends to snap at anything he doesn’t like. At his age, we don’t blame him!). During our first visit the staff treated our Shimmer as if she were the favored client and Dr Skov treated her as if she were his. Since then we have come to know and depend on the collective knowledge of the entire staff. We appreciate their kindness and compassion. We are thankful for their thoroughness of exams, explanations of options and possible outcomes, and follow up calls after our visits. When sadly, we had to put our Shimmer down, each staff member came into the room to wish her farewell.
