Compassionate Veterinary Services
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by one of our Customer Care Specialists which will talk with your human about your previous vaccination history and get a current weight.
In most cases a veterinary technician will usher you and your human into the examination room. At that time the vet tech will start by asking your human about your medical history, current temperature and reason for your visit. They are there to help gather information for the veterinarian. Then, one of our veterinarians will examine you, ask your human further questions to get a better understanding of your concerns. The doctor may at that time recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the testing has been completed, which can usually be done in the hospital lab, your doctor will discuss the diagnosis and treatment plan for you.

Our Veterinarians want to make sure you are completely comfortable with the information they have given.
Our vet techs will likely come back in the examination room to complete the visit. They will go over any medications you may have been given and discuss any treatments that you have agreed to proceed with.
Follow-Up Appointments
Our Customer Care Specialist will process your payment at the front desk and schedule any follow-up appointments you may need along with getting any products like heart worm and flea prevention for you.
We strive to see all our clients and patients on time, due to the potential emergencies at times there will be unexpected delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
